Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This high-profile role requires expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all MEP activities for the semiconductor project, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to guarantee seamless integration of power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, maintaining compliance with international codes and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
