We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale cloud deployments and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects, managing cloud-focused teams, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic and distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversight of projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and workflows.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.
  • Understanding of cloud security practices and monitoring tools (SIEM).

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams.

Availability:

  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts for system maintenance, project deadlines, and global client needs.
  • Occasional on-call availability for escalations.
