Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our cloud infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, driving process excellence, and fostering technical growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, focusing on their technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations teams.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maturing processes for reliability, scalability, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
Requirements
  • Available for after-hours escalations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks quickly, and understand the sense of urgency.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Familiarity with patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Strong understanding of business and technology processes.
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.
  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively at different levels – direct-reports, peers, ELT and C-level.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems, or related field required.
