Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a dynamic team of 5-7 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • NISM Certification: Ensure that all team members possess NISM-Series-II-A certification, maintaining the highest standards of proficiency.
  • RTA Operations: Manage SLAs and timelines for RTA activities as per Master Circular issued by SEBI, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Equity Corporate Actions: Oversee the management of various equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  • Unlisted Equity Admission: Drive unlisted equity admission processes, encompassing SME/Main board IPO.
  • Meetings and Voting: Coordinate AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot procedures with precision.
  • Audits: Oversee internal audits, SEBI audits, system audits, and other audit-related activities.
  • Automation and Integration: Implement automation and integration solutions to streamline activities in software, leveraging IT support.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate efficient communication with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission matters.
  • Depository Coordination: Coordinate closely with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes, and maintain strong relationships with SEBI.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Development: Continuously update job-specific knowledge and apply it to drive business growth and excellence.
