Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in B2B Indirect sales. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the industrial consumables and lubricants market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including steel and cement industries, engine OEMs, and off-highway OEMs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and developing account plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) and preferably an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Petroleum Management from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial consumables and lubricants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive insights to pursue key opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Candidate from the same geography with relevant experience is preferred.
- Self-driven and motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Active listener, summarizes information, and demonstrates curiosity to seek knowledge.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
