Job Overview

This role involves leading and mentoring QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Monitoring and reporting QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
Technical Skills:
  • JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools for test execution and monitoring.
  • Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • At least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3.5 to 5 years in automation and performance testing.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, experienced in designing and executing performance test plans, skilled in monitoring and reporting QA metrics, familiar with Agile methodologies, and have excellent communication skills.
