We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET Lead (Automation) to join our team and drive excellence in test automation frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem.

  • Create and design robust application testing processes.
  • Develop automated testing and problem-solving skills to optimize development workflows.
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineering leads to develop comprehensive test plans and create extensive test cases to ensure stable and bug-free delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement in testing practices.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience as an SDET Lead / Automation Engineer, with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, software testing principles, debugging, and defect reporting.

A strong background in Agile frameworks, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement practices is essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in test documentation development, integration testing, and data validation across different layers.

Leadership experience in mentoring, guiding, and uplifting automation engineers is also crucial, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Skilled in automated testing and experienced in writing and maintaining automated test cases.
  • Proficient in test documentation development and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems, enabling integration testing and data validation.
