Description:

Our organisation is seeking an accomplished SDET-QA professional to assume a pivotal role in shaping our test automation strategies and processes. As an Automated Test Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive automated test scripts, leveraging programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient automated test scripts using Selenium, emphasizing effective scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyse and refine existing test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of automation technologies through collaborative efforts with development and QA teams across shores.
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include robust automated testing.
  • Empower team members by providing mentorship on best practices in test automation.
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven expertise in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
