We are in business to serve the people who serve the people.We're looking for Performance QA's with good hands-on experience in JMeter for our India Team.Job Title: Performance Test Lead / Lead Performance QAQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience Requirements:Minimum 7+ years total experience in performance testing and quality assurance (must have)Minimum 3+ years proven leadership experience managing QA teams and projects (must have)Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with JMeter (must have)Minimum 2+ years of experience in Java Script programming (must have)Technical Expertise:Advanced proficiency in JMeter scripting, parameterization, and complex test scenario designExtensive hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing sophisticated JMeter scripts for diverse applications and enterprise environmentsDeep expertise in performance monitoring and diagnostics using tools such as App Dynamics, Data Dog, and other APM solutionsStrong programming skills in Java Script for test automation and custom scriptingExperience with performance testing frameworks and methodologies beyond JMeterLeadership & Management:Proven track record of leading and mentoring performance testing teamsExperience in establishing performance testing standards, processes, and best practicesAbility to architect and oversee end-to-end performance testing strategies across multiple concurrent projectsStrong project management skills with experience in resource allocation and timeline managementProcess & Methodology:Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with the ability to guide team adoptionProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managersExperience in performance test planning, execution, and results analysis for enterprise-scale applicationsAdditional Qualifications:Experience with AI tools in testing or performance analysis is highly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levelsFlexibility to work non-standard hours based on business requirements and project demandsExperience with cloud-based performance testing and modern application architectures preferredYou can find more about us here -About Our HRMS Systems For Public Sector | NEOGOVNGV Software India | NEOGOV
