Automation Test Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Specialist to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for our web and mobile applications.

You will utilize your expertise in Cypress framework to architect, implement, and maintain automated tests for end-to-end UI testing.

  • Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
  • Configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions.
  • Analyze test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques while continuously improving test coverage, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript, with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest).

Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts, and test plans is also desired.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
