Job Role:

A senior test automation specialist with 8+ years of experience in automated testing and team leadership is sought after to excel in our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated tests for end-to-end web application testing using Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to ensure high-quality test automation deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain automated tests to integrate into deployment pipelines for continuous delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.

  • Strong experience in automated testing using Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools for end-to-end testing of web applications.

  • Proven leadership skills to guide, mentor, and grow a team of test engineers.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools to automate testing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated tests are triggered as part of the continuous delivery process.

  • Proficient in bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar systems for defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
