We are seeking a skilled Junior Support Technician to join our team. The role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to users through various channels.

  • Assess and qualify user requests for timely resolution
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals as needed
  • Process and resolve incidents according to established procedures
  • Record and track incidents/service requests using our ticketing system
  • Achieve timely resolution of incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Elevate complex issues to senior technicians or relevant teams when necessary
  • Offer personalized support to users based on their technical needs
  • Evaluate user knowledge and autonomy to adapt response accordingly
  • Foster effective communication with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear solutions
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with basic computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Experience working with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
