Position Overview

The successful AI Development Specialist supports the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement AI models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Develop custom AI models for batch and stream processing-based pipelines.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Demonstrated ability working with machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of AI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions at scale.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop methods for aligning LLMs with human preferences.
