Job Title: AI Engineering Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions using Python, with a focus on frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative AI systems using Python, with proficiency in frameworks like Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems, leveraging techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, driving business value and growth.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen, with hands-on experience in at least one required.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP), ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI development.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG, with proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
  • Experience with memory management and context engineering in AI systems, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
