Job Title: AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain a detailed internal guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end-users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools.

  • Experience with AI tool governance, configuration, and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
