To excel as a Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that specialises in consulting services for business applications.

You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilisation of business applications.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have a passion for optimising operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Worked as functional for Last 4+ years
  • • Last 4+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience
  • • Good communication, Team player and positive attitude
  • • Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his own
  • • Scrum methodology
  • • Flexible to do testing as per the need
  • • Flexible to learn and adopt other technology
  • • Exposure to QA will be beneficial

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM Functional

Mandatory Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
