We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Relationship Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and growing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of retail mortgages, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using technology platforms for efficient workflow management.
