We're seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to spearhead business expansion and drive revenue growth across our organization. This role entails planning and leading high-performing teams to propel business growth, enhance revenue and profit gains, and improve organizational productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, train, and lead a diverse team handling multiple Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and coaching programs to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Business Growth and Revenue Management:

  • Drive large-scale revenue and profit gains while optimizing organizational efficiency and performance.
  • Plan and lead teams to grow the business, setting ambitious targets and milestones.
  • Create and manage budgets, track performance data, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.

Performance Tracking & Metrics:

  • Design and monitor performance metrics, including targets, call productivity, First Response Time (FRT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), talk time, and agent availability.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination across teams and departments.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of ₹25-40 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and career development opportunities.
