Wireless Validation Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts in Bengaluru. You'll oversee the development and mentorship of a high-performing validation team, own the validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, set up world-class labs and automation frameworks, collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally, and drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing validation team.
  • Owning validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems.
  • Setting up world-class labs and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborating across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally.
  • Driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes.
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
