WLAN Specialist

We are seeking a WLAN specialist to design, implement and maintain Linux device drivers and firmware for 802.11ax devices.

This role requires strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and embedded software development.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining Linux device drivers, preferably for 802.11ax devices, ensuring robust and optimized performance.
  • Developing and maintaining WLAN firmware for 802.11ac and 802.11n, including feature implementation, performance optimization and bug fixes.
  • Writing clean, efficient and maintainable Embedded C code for WLAN drivers and firmware.
  • Performing advanced WLAN debugging using tools such as Wireshark, kernel logs and custom test setups to identify and resolve software and hardware issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in WLAN Linux device driver development and Embedded C programming.
  • Hands-on experience in WLAN firmware development, debugging and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of networking and wireless protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP and Wi-Fi standards.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as Wireshark, kernel logs, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
