At Compliance Group Inc. in Coimbatore, India, we are seeking a seasoned validation expert to lead our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the quality and reliability of our products throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Validation Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive validation plans, protocols, and procedures that meet regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Oversee Validation Activities: Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in executing IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation activities.
  4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential product risks related to validation and develop strategies to mitigate them with key stakeholders.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  6. Team Leadership: Manage a team of validation analysts, provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
