Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to oversee the management and support of our Wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, with a strong understanding of Layer 2 concepts and proficiency in Cisco Meraki Dashboard.

The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting Meraki network devices on a day-to-day basis, ensuring Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations, managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes, maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions, and provide user support for network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless networks.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of the network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in network administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams.
  • On-site general shift availability with support for planned changes.
