Job Title: Test and Validate Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test and Validate Data Specialist. This role involves working closely with our clients to test and validate data, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate data for accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in testing and validation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
This is a contract position for 4 months with an immediate start preferred or up to 30 days' notice period. The successful candidate will be required to work remotely from India.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships:
As a Test and Validate Data Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a multi-discipline and multi-cultural workforce. You will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Problem Solving:
You will be responsible for managing business and customer expectations, participating in team huddles, and showing teamwork to provide solutions to any issues. You will also be expected to ensure solutions are implemented on a fast-track basis and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless client delivery.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility:
As a Test and Validate Data Specialist, you will have the authority to take corrective and preventive action based on feedback from stakeholders. You will also be responsible for escalating service defects/issues to your manager/seniors.
