AI Assurance Lead Role

The AI assurance lead will be responsible for working closely with the development team to design and execute test scenarios, identify data-related issues in AI models, and develop test plans for evaluating functional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate AI-generated outputs
  • Design and execute test plans for assessing functional performance
  • Analyze outputs for discrepancies and inaccuracies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues
  • Document and communicate test results

Requirements:

  • Software testing experience and familiarity with test automation
  • Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP
  • Programming skills in one or more automation tools
  • Experience with REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimization
