Servicenow Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Design and implement modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Custom Service Portal, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation phases.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform/module.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials.
- Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Assistant.
- Implementation experience with ITSM module.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
