ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector in ServiceNow production environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and industrial control systems.
  • Experience with implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, Power/Shell scripting, and database architecture is essential.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import etc.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training material for projects.
Requirements:
  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments.
  • Good understanding of how Industrial control systems work and OT network functions.
  • Knowledge of Purdue Model architecture is an asset.
