Job Title:

HR Business Partner Manager

About the Role:

This is a leadership position within the HR department responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resource operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage all HR activities, provide support to business partners, and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead employee relations by resolving queries and concerns efficiently and tracking resolutions within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop and enforce discipline policies and codes of conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate below 5% through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.
Requirements:

Expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management are highly desirable. The selected candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy is essential to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Working Environment:

This role involves working onsite in Gurgaon and flexible schedules within 24/7 work hours.
