HR Generalist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our team and drive the growth of our people-first culture. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations independently, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals, and maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries. They will possess strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Source, interview, hire, and onboard top talent to support business growth.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices that align with company goals and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a healthy work environment by overseeing employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing support to employees.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
