Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identifying key industries and market segments to drive business growth.

Maintain a strong sales funnel, overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Establish and nurture relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders to drive enterprise sales efforts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

Qualification & Skill Set:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-commerce, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
