
Business Growth Strategist

As a Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of solutions for clients. Acting as a strategic partner, you will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with product solutions to drive their success.
- Prepare detailed project plans:
Work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail solutioning and prepare clear project plans explaining process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
- Customer Success Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure client goals are met.
- Lead Implementation projects:
Drive implementation projects for systems by collaboratively working with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. Lead efforts to drive project management best practices so as to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines with agreed resources and ensuring scope is closely monitored.
- Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on analysis.
- Customer Training & Enablement:
Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize products. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
- Project Handover & Support:
Manage handovers, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support teams. Work with support teams to handover projects to Support and Customer Success teams.
- Customer Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strategic thinking
- Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles within Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven companies
- Experience in managing projects and working in collaborative environments
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
