Enrollment Strategist

Job Title:

The Enrollment Strategist plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing growth strategies to attract, recruit, and retain students. This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate the university's value proposition and highlight key touchpoints within the university community both internally and externally.

• Develop and execute a tactical business development plan to achieve enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and update procedures and criteria for student eligibility and admissions processes.
• Oversee promotional activities, schedule tours, student interviews, and information sessions to engage prospective students.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy inclusive of print, online, and digital media to attain enrollment objectives.
• Ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability through data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or banking sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social networking campaigns, and statistical analysis.
