Job Description

Our Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR and administrative functions. This includes supporting end-to-end recruitment, attending to basic HR operations, drafting internal communications, creating reports and presentations, and collaborating with staff on the shopfloor.

  • Support the Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR and administrative functions.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns in alignment with 5S principles.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
