Job Opportunity: Proposal Engineer

A highly skilled Proposal Engineer is required to create compelling technical offers and system architectures for projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical and control systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Develop and evaluate technical documents for project bidding processes, including technical offers, system architectures, BOMs, basic designs, calculations, and commercial offers.
  • Organize bid initiation and review meetings to ensure timely clarification on bid submissions.
  • Lead core teams to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to RFQs from current and potential customers.
  • Perform site visits as necessary to collect information and address commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • Monitor progress and prepare weekly reports on the status of each project.
  • Collaborate with customers, management, vendors, subcontractors, and company staff to manage project-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/ENTC/Instrumentation engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal engineering or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and select switchgear based on motor load lists.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
