Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled developer to build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React.js fundamentals, modern JavaScript, and state management libraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontend Development: Design and implement reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product, translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail, integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs, ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet startup standards.
  • Ownership & Leadership: Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment, proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team, lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices, mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise, strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+), experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.), solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns, proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Professional Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail with a perfectionist mindset for UI implementation, strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes, leadership potential demonstrated through initiative-taking and problem-solving, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
