Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage and drive business growth through strategic alliances with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute partnerships to achieve income delivery and expand market reach.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business relationships with partners.
- Ensure the health of business from partners and timely settlements.
- Develop strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
- Effectively handle channel management facets of business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Oversee control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, and SPU.
- Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
- Create engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
- Bridge between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking.
- Bridge between sales teams and product teams for product-related feedback and resolutions.
- Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and implement corrective measures.
