Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Credit Recovery Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing collections for assigned areas and achieving targets across various parameters.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle collections for assigned areas, ensuring NPAs are within budget and taking proactive measures to minimize them.
  2. Increase fee income and revenue by developing initiatives to control vendor payouts.
  3. Conduct asset verifications and possession through SARFESI/Section 9 processes.
  4. Track delinquency, focusing on non-starters and critical customers.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  6. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO ENSURE TIMELY COLLECTIONS AND REGULAR FOLLOW-UPS FOR DEFAULTING CUSTOMERS.
  7. Represent the organization in legal/statutory matters as required.
