Job Title: Financial Asset Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for appraising proposals for used car loans sourced through various channels, including branch networks and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Appraise loan proposals to assess creditworthiness of applicants
2. Develop and deploy credit policies aligned with business strategy and customer segments
3. Design and implement underwriting models in accordance with bank policy parameters
4. Analyze income documents, valuations, and other risk assessment mechanisms used in used car loan lending
5. Provide input to the central policy/product team to enhance policy/credit metrics and address risk gaps/business requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, credit analysis, and risk management. Key skills and qualifications include:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
5. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
