Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our asset management and maintenance initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EAM/PM solutions that drive efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of maintenance processes.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM and PM solutions, including the setup of Asset Master Data, Equipment Master Data, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Notifications.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management, maintenance, and operational needs, and map those to SAP solutions to drive efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of maintenance processes.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP EAM/PM to align with business requirements, including the setup of maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, and maintenance strategies.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM/PM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP SD) as well as third-party applications, enhancing the flow of information and processes across the organization.
• Data Migration: Assist with the migration of legacy data to SAP EAM/PM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee and participate in system testing (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the SAP EAM/PM solutions meet the client's business needs.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve asset management and maintenance processes, ensuring they are optimized for cost savings, increased asset uptime, and efficient maintenance workflows.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and client teams on SAP EAM/PM best practices and functionality. Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and easy reference.
• Best Practices & Standards: Ensure the implementation of SAP EAM/PM best practices, and assist clients in aligning their processes with industry standards.
• Project Management: Contribute to project management tasks, including timeline management, resource allocation, and tracking progress. Provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM implementation and support, with a strong understanding of asset management, maintenance processes, and related business functions.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) configurations, including work order management, equipment management, preventive maintenance, and technical objects.
• Integration Experience: Experience integrating SAP EAM/PM with other SAP modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP EAM/PM is a plus.
• Data Migration: Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP EAM/PM.
• Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices in asset management and plant maintenance (e.g., ISO standards, Predictive Maintenance).
• Maintenance Strategies: Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance approaches.
• Certification: SAP EAM/PM Certification is a plus.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM/PM configuration, including the setup of maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAP EAM/PM processes and configurations.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and business stakeholders.

• Project Management: Experience with managing SAP EAM/PM projects, including timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants.

• Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or engineering where asset management is critical.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Global Standards: Knowledge of global asset management standards and regulatory requirements in specific industries.
• Predictive Maintenance: Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and tools, as well as integrating IoT sensors for real-time asset data collection and analysis.
• Fiori Apps: Experience with SAP Fiori apps for EAM/PM processes, enhancing user experience and mobile accessibility.
