Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of software and hardware assets across the organization.

You will lead asset compliance tracking, identify and document license compliance issues, and recommend solutions to address them. Additionally, you will maintain the accuracy of asset data in our management system, ensuring that it aligns with Service Level Agreements.

This is a critical role that requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with various IT groups and stakeholders to ensure seamless asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of software and hardware assets.
  • Lead asset compliance tracking and identification of license compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset data in our management system.
  • Collaborate with IT groups and stakeholders to ensure seamless asset management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in asset compliance management.
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate and multicultural environment experience.
  • Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems.
  • Excellent people skills for interacting with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
