Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Management Engineer to join our team.

  • As an L2 / L3-level support engineer, you will provide mission-critical support for Service Management (MIM).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing and maintaining robust processes.
  • Operate under ITIL processes, including Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge management, to deliver high-quality services.

Troubleshoot complex incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in disaster recovery drills to ensure business continuity.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to resolve issues efficiently.

Optimize system configurations to improve performance and reliability, and coordinate vendor cases to validate post-change health.

Develop strong documentation skills and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Take ownership of your work and be ready to provide 24x7 support to meet the needs of our customers.
