Job Opportunity: Senior ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst expertise in Workday HR around Colleague experience for our healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow testing experience, a strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases including functional, integration, regression and user acceptance tests.
  • End-to-end testing designing and running test cases for employee processes crossing multiple systems from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP) often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation expertise in testing HR workflows spanning both platforms such as automated onboarding offboarding and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans cases and results.
