Job Title: Service Now Test Engineer

About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.

You will execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed test documentation, identify and report defects found during testing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience implementing Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs) in ServiceNow and knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow, functional knowledge of ServiceNow, and experience working in Agile methodologies. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
