About This Role:

This is a senior-level ServiceNow Developer position where you will drive technical direction and execution of complex ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions utilizing expertise in ServiceNow (specifically ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, etc).
  • Design and integrate REST APIs and IntegrationHub with systems like Jira, Workday, and Oracle
  • Write efficient scripts in JavaScript and Python to automate tasks and enhance performance
  • Leverage technical leadership skills to mentor and guide team members, influencing architecture decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-wide solutions

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT development
  • Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and automation
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
