We are seeking a Business Growth Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience and business acumen to drive growth and success.
Job DescriptionThe Business Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong understanding of business principles and practices
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
