Enterprise Business Growth Specialist
\We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Business Growth Specialist with proven experience in the CPaaS industry. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers, driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
\About the Role
\- Drive new business acquisition in assigned regions.\
- Identify, target and onboard large enterprise customers across industries.\
- Develop and execute sales strategies for CPaaS solutions including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Video APIs etc.\
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through prospecting networking and market intelligence.\
- Conduct client presentations demos and solution discussions with CXOs and decision-makers.\
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet exceed revenue targets.\
- Collaborate with pre-sales product and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding & client success.\
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities pipeline and customer interactions in CRM.
Key Requirements
\- Minimum 4 years of experience in CPaaS / SaaS / Telecom enterprise sales.\
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of achieving exceeding sales targets.\
- Good understanding of CPaaS ecosystem - SMS Voice WhatsApp Business APIs RCS and enterprise communication solutions.\
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.\
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and build long-term relationships.\
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently as well as in teams.
