
Strategic Operations Leader

This is a high-level leadership position within our organization responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our business. The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Handling:
- Act as primary contact for client communication, facilitating open dialogue and issue resolution.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turnaround Times (TAT), and quality targets are consistently met.
- Share performance reports and updates with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and guide the calling team during US shifts, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance, ensure productivity, and drive improvements through data-driven insights.
- Conduct team huddles, feedback sessions, and manage rosters to optimize workflow.
- Operations Oversight:
- Ensure smooth process execution, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure call quality meets or exceeds established standards, maintaining compliance with client and company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams for audits and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track daily metrics and share dashboards with key stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Use data analysis to improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
