About the Role:

  • Direct, execute, and deliver strategic roadmaps that address key business problems/opportunities within the F&A domain using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions such as GenAI, RPA, and VBA/SQL/Python.">
  • Lead the effective planning and delivery of digital/CIO projects/roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.">
  • Manage direct reports or work closely with account managers, with full responsibility for strategy development and implementation.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensure continuous improvement, meet committed productivity targets, and achieve bad bench reduction.">
  • Drive the adoption of standard Global Processes.">
  • Deliver operational excellence, automation, and best practices, promoting efficiency and standardization.">
  • Assess new laws, policies, and practices impacting Global Processes, communicating changes and their impact to clients.">
  • Lead training and knowledge transfer on GPO Services.">
  • Create Transformation Road Maps and deliver aligned client projects.">
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma, COE projects to mitigate process issues and enhance operational efficiencies.">
  • Design, implement, test, and complete In-Scope CI Projects.">
  • Engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes.">
  • Support Operations to meet key transformation objectives and deliver required business value and productivity.">
  • Identify and log Issues and Incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis, and recommend process/System improvements.">
  • Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmaps.">
  • Lead large teams for transformation resources to deliver programs.">
  • Drive AIML tool deployment in operations to improve process performance, metric improvement, and business value delivery.">

Qualifications and Skills:

">
  • ">
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion, Tririga, SAP, S4Hana, Service Now, or similar technologies.">
  • Driving GenAI/Agentic and RPA program deployment across platforms.">
  • Extensive experience in Procure to Pay operations, leading transformation across sub-processes like Account Payable, Payments, etc.">
  • Driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.">
  • Managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.">
  • Deploying AIML or Generative AI solution and driving analytics programs.">
  • Strong project management skills, influencing skills, and clarity of thought on effective project management.">
  • People leadership, coaching, mentoring, influencing, motivating others, and working in diverse teams with multiple stakeholders.">
  • Clear and impactful oral and written communication.">
  • Creating a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals.">
  • Ability to work under dynamic deadlines to meet project schedules.">
  • Exposure to business metric improvement initiatives like close optimization.">
  • Understanding SLA/KPI definition and linking it to business metrics.">
  • Process improvement and automation expert with F&A domain exposure.">
