The Role We Are Hiring For

We are looking for a builder, a negotiator, and a connector who delivers results. As a Procurement Lead/Manager, you will oversee the entire purchasing function across the organization.

This role goes beyond processing approvals; it's about creating clarity, designing scalable processes, negotiating effectively, and ensuring every dollar spent yields value.

You will be the trusted partner for all departments, including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations, and the bridge between our people and our vendors.

Your Responsibilities

• Owning purchase requisitions from start to finish, ensuring timely approvals and delivery.
• Collaborating closely with teams like IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to understand requirements and recommend optimal purchasing options.
• Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms while maintaining fairness.
• Owning vendor contracts, renewals, and performance tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Designing simple, transparent, and scalable procurement processes that make purchasing seamless for everyone.
• Discovering opportunities to save costs without compromising quality and sharing insights with leadership.
• Preparing reports on procurement activities, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives for leadership review.

A Day in the Life

You will begin by reviewing incoming purchase requests, aligning priorities with department heads, and verifying vendor commitments.

Midday might involve negotiating a deal with a supplier, finalizing a contract renewal, or resolving a logistics issue for Operations.

You will conclude by updating your procurement tracker, reviewing budgets, and sharing updates with leadership.

Every day, you will balance strategy with execution, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.

What You Will Bring

• 6-10 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
• A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable negotiating contracts and managing daily requests.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with every department.
• Organization, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with procurement tools or ERP systems (and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus, not a must).
