Job Description:

The role of Lifestyle Manager requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management. This prestigious position is responsible for providing exceptional support to the Supervisory Board, combining executive assistance and lifestyle management.

This involves managing complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments. Effective communication workflows, including calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholder coordination, are also crucial aspects of the job.

Organizing domestic and international travel, while focusing on seamless experiences, is another key responsibility. Additionally, overseeing lifestyle and personal requirements, such as event planning, guest relations, and protocol management, demands a high level of expertise and discretion.

The Lifestyle Manager will prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs as required for strategic meetings. They will also support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman, maintaining high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.

Confidentiality is essential across all matters, and the Lifestyle Manager must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with proficiency in office productivity tools, are also necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hospitality background with experience in leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience (EA background is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
Ideal Candidate:

A highly polished professional from the hospitality or luxury services industry, who brings the refinement, attention to detail, and client-centricity of working in top-tier hotels or similar environments, and who can adapt these skills to support and manage the professional and personal requirements of the Chairman's office.
