Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead site support and service desk operations, driving efficiency and excellence in IT service delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between end-users and technical experts, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site support operations, overseeing installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Lead issue resolution on internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver high-quality support and service level agreements, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
